The Spanish Architect Eduardo Maria Molas Rifa is going to invest in the creation of a gold course at the Bulgarian architectural and historical reserve Arbanassi in the central part of the country.
Rifa is one of the partners at the Arbanassi Golf Park company created specially for investing in the new golf course, which will be located on a plot 500 decares in the eastern part of the village close to the Petropolovski Monastery. Part of the golf course plot is located in the nearby Lyaskovets Municipality, and the municipal administration there is considering how to participate in the project. Professor Eduardo Maria Molas Rifa, who is famous for designing the Olympic Center in Barcelona, have been living in Arbanassi for several years. The Arbanassi village is located close to the city of Veliko Turnovo, and is renown with its architectural-historical reserve.
