The house is located in the Village of Gorno Ablanovo in North-Central Bulgaria. It is nice and quite place with fantastic nature. The foundations are made of concrete and the walls are made of the traditional red bricks. The house is ready to use, there is running water, electricity, telephone. It is two storey house. On the first floor there is entrance-hall and three rooms. In one of the room there is old fashion furnace. On the second floor there are two rooms and a closet. There is a basement which can be used as a cellar. The yard is 2000sq.m. there are several buildings which can be turn into living area. You can grow vegetables, fruits and fruit trees in the yard. There is an option to hire maintenance if you are not using the house year around. The town of Ruse is less than 30 minutes by car from the Village. Village of Gorno Ablanovo is located in North-Central Bulgaria. It is part of Borovo Municipality, Rousse District.
The city of Rousse is located on the right bank of the Danube river, in the mouth of Rusenski Lom River. Its population is about 162000 people and it stands 105 km to the north of Veliko Tarnovo, 202 km to the northwest of Varna and 320 km to the northeast of Sofia.
A Thracian tribe called Ghetti is supposed to have settled in that area around 6th - 5th centuries BC. Later, Romans built the fortress of Seksaginta Prista.It was destroyed during the numerous attacks of the Slavs, and rebuilt by the Bulgarian people in the XI-XII centuries.
In the 19th century Rousse became a port centre and the first railway, connecting Varna and Rousse, was constructed. The city became bigger and became one of the biggest and most flourishing centers in Bulgaria. The first insurance company, the first Bulgarian bank, the first weather service were opened here and the first Bulgarian newspaper was published in Rousse, too. Most of the buildings in Rousse are in European style and their architectural appearance still impresses the visitors. Some of the most attractive are the Economic Technical School, the building of the coffee house "Teteven", the Music School, the Ancient Theatre, hotel "Sevastopol", etc.
Today the city is an administrative, transport and tourism centre. Other places of interest are the fortress of Levetabya, the Historical Museum, the museum- house of Baba Tonka, the museum- house Zahary Stoyanov, the Art Gallery, the "St. Trinity" church.
Near Rousse, in the Rusenski Lom River valley lies the Natural Park "Rusenski Lom" that covers a territory of 3260 hectares. There tourists can visit the rock monasteries of Ivanovo, promulgated for a historical record by UNESCO.
The "Lipnik" park, the "Orlova chuka" (Eagle’s rocky peak) cave, the Medieval town of Cherven, and the rocky Monastery of Basarbovo.
Numerous hotels and restaurants suit every taste.
