The complex has fantastic location! It is less than 10 minutes by car from Airport Sofia, the city center and the gondola lift in Vitosha Mountain-www.park-vitosha.org. Complex Sofia has perfect communications. There are several bus lines and the metro station is under construction!
It matters not only where, but also how we live. This is why the aim of Complex Sofia is to provide an oasis, a Small Different World, where you can relax and which you can consider yours. The future residential neighborhood will be divided into three parts, each of them with the opportunity to be restricted from unwanted visitors, so you can feel sound and safe at your home. While designing the buildings, we were thinking of two things. First, to look good, and much more importantly, to be cozy, efficient and comfortable to live. This is why we thought of building an independent infrastructure and utility service for the complex, including heat and hydro isolation, and central heating from already completed generators.
Construction
A monolith construction framework - a beamless structure with bearing reinforced concrete discs and columns. In observance of the latest construction requirements for seismic regions - 9th Medvedev-Sponheuer-Karnik seismic scale degree for Sofia.

Facade
The facade walls are made of 25 cm thick ceramic bricks and have been insulated
with 5cm thick EPS heat insulation on top of which the silicate plaster has been laid.

Heating
Each apartment is fitted with aluminium radiators in a separate circuit, with a possibility for controlling the temperature in each individual room, and with a remotely-measured heating meter for the whole apartment, i.e. without the necessity of providing access to the apartment.
The installation is made of polyethylene pipes (with an over 50-year warranty) placed into the floor plastering.

Sofia was founded three thousand years ago, by an ancient Thracian tribe, the ‘Serdi’, and known as Serdica until the beginning of the ninth century. Nowdays Sofia is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Bulgaria.
